POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist – Luxury Healthcare is responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, training and development, and regulatory compliance within a high-end healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining exceptional professional standards, ensuring regulatory compliance (including HIPAA and OSHA), and supporting a refined, patient-centered culture aligned with a luxury brand experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and leadership roles
• Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs while maintaining brand-aligned hiring standards
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including credentialing support, background checks, compliance documentation, and systems access
• Ensure all new hires complete required healthcare trainings prior to patient interaction
 

HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and HR guidance
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook standards
• Support performance management, corrective action, and documentation
• Coach managers on employee relations and policy enforcement
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
 

Training & Development
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Track training, certifications, and licensure
• Support professional development initiatives
• Ensure training aligns with luxury patient experience standards
 

Compliance, HIPAA & OSHA Oversight
• Ensure compliance with employment and healthcare regulations
• Oversee HIPAA compliance training and documentation
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident reporting
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance records
• Support audits and regulatory inspections
 

Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration
• Support payroll coordination and timekeeping accuracy
• Assist with benefits administration and leaves of absence
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance
 

Reporting & Metrics
• Prepare HR and compliance reports
• Track recruiting, turnover, and training metrics
• Identify risks and recommend improvements
 

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5+ years HR Generalist experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and employment law
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency with HRIS and office software
